Kms Caterers is run out of No.R 5 at Paradise Nest on Varthur Road. We are in the Tubrahalli area, which is right in the heart of the Whitefield buzz. If you have ever driven down Varthur Road, you know how much traffic there is, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes. We are a small team and we don't have any fancy corporate layers. We just cook and deliver. The kitchen is where we are most of the time. We handle everything from the initial vegetable shopping to the final serving at the event. It is a lot of work to keep things moving. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just want to make sure the food is cooked properly and that there is enough for everyone to have seconds if they want. Sometimes the kitchen gets incredibly hot during the summer months, but we just deal with it. We’ve been at Paradise Nest for a good while and we know many of our neighbors. A lot of our business comes from people who have eaten our food at a friend’s house. We don't use any fancy techniques, just the traditional ways of cooking that we were taught. It is a humble way to earn a living, but it keeps us busy and we like the community around here.
