Kitchen Kiladi Foods

We have been running Kitchen Kiladi Foods over here at Plot No. 207/1 for some time now. This part of Shankar Nagar stays pretty busy because of the 60Ft Main Road right outside our front door. If you know the Mahalakshmi Layout area, you probably know how the traffic gets around here, especially being so close to the APMC Yard 7th Gate. It is a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out all day long, but we have gotten used to it. The shop itself is just a regular place where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets to be a bit much, so we are always cleaning the counters. We usually open up early in the morning when the air is still a little bit cool before the sun hits the pavement. It is a decent spot to be in because everyone passing by for the market ends up seeing us. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that, just the name on the front and some old chairs inside for when we need a break. Most of the people who stop by are locals from the nearby blocks or workers from the yard who are just looking to get things done and move on. It is not a very quiet life here in Shankar Nagar, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of the street.
