We are located down in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, specifically in the Nayandahalli Village area. It’s near Kengeri Hobli, at spot G 12. This part of town is always moving. You can hear the sounds of the road all day long. In the kitchen, it stays pretty hot because of the fryers. We spend most of our shifts breading chicken and making sure the batches are coming out right. It’s a lot of manual work. You’re on your feet for hours, moving between the fridge and the counters. The neighborhood here is a mix of people living nearby and others just passing through on their way to other parts of the city. We see a lot of families on the weekends. Sometimes kids get a bit loud, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just open up the doors, turn on the lights, and start cooking. The floor gets greasy if we don’t stay on top of it, so someone is always walking around with a mop. It’s just a regular fast food spot in a busy village area. We keep things moving and try to keep the tables clear for the next person. It’s nothing special, just a place to grab a bucket of chicken and sit down for a bit before heading back out. We stay until the lights go out at night and the road finally gets quiet.
