Keshavlal & Co

Our office is located on Narasimharaja Road, specifically in the Sadashiv Peth area at Tilak Road 71. Keshavlal & Co has been around this part of town for a long time, and the building definitely shows its age. We are right in a spot where the traffic from NR Road can get quite loud, especially during the middle of the day. Inside, we have old wooden desks and stacks of paperwork that seem to never get smaller. It’s a traditional kind of trading business where we deal with various goods and suppliers. We don't have any big signs or neon lights out front. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years, coming in to settle accounts or talk about new shipments. The walls are covered in old calendars and a few shelves that hold samples of what we handle. Tilak Road is a busy stretch, and finding a place to park a bike near number 71 is always a bit of a challenge. We usually start the day with a cup of coffee and a look through the mail. There’s a certain way we do things here that hasn't changed much over the decades. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take our time to get the details right and talk to the people we do business with. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s an honest, slow-moving kind of place.
