Kendriya Vidyalaya Asc Centre(S)

Our school, Kendriya Vidyalaya Asc Centre(S), is located at No. 1, Victoria Road. It’s a very central location, so there is always something going on nearby. The building is a typical government structure, which means it is built to last and doesn't have any unnecessary decorations. Everything is very plain and functional. We have large classrooms with heavy wooden benches that have probably been here since the school opened. The walls are painted in simple colors and we have large chalkboards that we use every day. There isn't any fancy carpet or designer lighting here. We just have the basics that we need to do our jobs. The morning assembly happens on the big open ground, and it can get quite hot if the sun is out. Most of the staff are quite practical people who don't care much for fancy talk. We spend our time checking attendance, grading papers, and making sure the kids follow the rules. The noise from Victoria Road is always there in the background, but it just becomes part of the day. We don't have a lot of modern technology, so we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We just show up every morning and get on with the business of running the school without any fuss.
