Ken World Catering

We spend most of our time in the kitchen here at No.341 in Indiranagar. It is right near the Garden City Ladies Hostel, so things stay pretty busy around this part of the 1st Stage. We started Ken World Catering because we liked cooking for people and it just grew from there. Mostly we are busy with large pots and getting things ready for events or offices around Bangalore. Being off Double Road makes it easy for us to get around, though traffic is always a bit of a mess. Our staff is mostly local people who know how to handle big orders without getting too stressed out. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get the job done every morning. We get our supplies from the markets nearby and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the mornings start very early, way before the sun is even up, so the food is ready on time. We don't really have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our vans driving around. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but that is just part of the business. We focus on the cooking and making sure the containers are packed right before they go out the door. If you are around Indiranagar, you probably have seen us near the hostel.
