You can find this Ken Group office at No 11 on the 2nd Cross in the Annaiah Reddy Layout within Dodda Banaswadi. It is a residential area that has grown quite a bit over the years. Our building is a simple two-story structure and we take up some of that space. It feels very local here. You can hear the neighbors and the street vendors going by during the day. Inside, we have a very basic setup. There are some desks we bought a few years back and some shelves that are starting to sag under the weight of all the files. We don't spend much money on making the place look fancy because that isn't really our style. We would rather just focus on the tasks we have to do. The team is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and other times we might leave a bit early if things are quiet. There is no big corporate manual telling us what to do every minute. We just handle the business as it comes. The 560 043 area is a good place for us because it is easy for the staff to get to. We don't have any big promises or fancy language to share. We are just a group of people working together in a quiet part of Bangalore trying to do a good job.
