Our place is in the KW Quarters, right near the Passport Office in Koramangala. It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. Koramangala is always moving, and we are part of that bustle. We spend most of our time in the back where the stoves are. It gets pretty hot in there during the summer, but that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing our work and going home. We have a few big burners and a lot of prep tables. It’s a very functional space. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we are rarely sitting down anyway. Most of our day is spent cleaning vegetables or stirring big vats of curry. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The Passport Office brings a lot of people to the area, so there’s always something going on outside. We mostly handle local gatherings and smaller family events. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone likes the food, they ask for our card. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We just try to be honest with our work and keep the kitchen running smoothly every single day.
