Kakal Kai Ruchi

We’ve been here in JP Nagar at Arihant Society 1 & 8 for a while now. Most mornings start pretty early when the air is still a bit cool. We get the stove going and start prep before the traffic really picks up outside. Kakal Kai Ruchi isn't a big fancy place, just a spot where we do our thing every day. You can find us easily because we’re right there in the society building. It gets busy around lunch, mostly people from around the neighborhood or folks stopping by on their way somewhere else. We don’t really do much advertising because people just know where we are. The kitchen is always a bit noisy with the pots and pans clanking, and there’s usually a bit of a rush that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, like when it rains hard, but usually, it’s just the same steady routine. We like being part of the JP Nagar area. It’s a good spot with a lot of familiar faces coming through the door. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just focus on what’s right in front of us, making sure the food is ready and the place is clean enough for everyone who walks in. It’s hard work sometimes, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we know. We’re just here at Arihant Society doing what we can with what we have and keeping the shutters open for the neighborhood.
