Our place is tucked away at No.32 on Sri Rama Temple Road. It's in the 2nd Cross Annex, which is right near the bus depot in Koramangala. Being so close to the depot means there’s always a lot of movement, with buses coming and going at all hours. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us, but our little corner stays mostly the same. The temple is just a short walk away, and you can often hear the bells in the morning. Inside our space, it’s mostly just kitchen equipment and stacks of containers. We don't have a waiting room or anything like that for visitors. Most of our time is spent over the stoves or prep tables. It’s hard work, and the days start very early, often before the sun is even up. We have a few local guys who help us out with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble a bit, but that's just part of the job. Koramangala is a busy area, but our street is a little bit quieter than the main roads. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the cooking without too much distraction from the traffic outside. It's just a simple setup for people who need food for their events, nothing more and nothing less than that.
