K Nagesh

If you find yourself in Vijaya Nagar, you might pass by Vijay Mansion. That’s where I work, at number 208. Being right next to the ISRO building makes it pretty easy to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. It’s a nice landmark to have nearby. I’ve been operating as K Nagesh from this spot for a while. It’s a straightforward setup. I don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling what comes through the door. The building itself is okay, a bit older now but still solid enough for us. We get a lot of people wandering by because of the nearby offices. Vijaya Nagar is a lively place to be. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the people, but you get used to it after a week or two. I try to keep things simple. No need for big slogans or flashy signs out front. If people need help with what I do, they just come in and we talk about it. It’s more of a personal way to run a business. I think that’s better than being some faceless company. We see the same faces quite often. Sometimes we stop for tea nearby and talk to the neighbors about the weather. It’s a good community to be part of, and being near ISRO keeps us feeling like we are in the middle of everything.
