K Jayananda Rai

K Jayananda Rai is based right at 71/1 in Ulsoor. This is one of those older parts of the city that still feels like it has a soul. I've been working from this location for a good while now. It's not a big corporate setup with a lot of staff. Mostly it’s just me and a couple of helpers managing the daily tasks that come through the door. Ulsoor is a nice place to be because everything is close by. People stop in throughout the day, sometimes just to ask for a bit of advice or to see how things are moving along with their work. I don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If there is a problem, we look at it and try to find a straightforward way through. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the evenings but inside we just keep focused on the job. It’s a local business through and through. I’ve known many of the people who walk past this door for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town. We just want to do honest work for the folks who live and work around Ulsoor. It’s a simple way of living and working. If you need me, I’m usually here from morning until the sun goes down.
