We operate out of Sarjapur, right near the Wipro Corporate Office. It’s a busy area with lots of people coming and going for work. Being so close to a big office means we see a lot of the corporate crowd, but we’re just a regular local business. Our kitchen stays busy most of the week. Sarjapur has really built up over the last few years. We remember when there were more empty fields around here. Now it's all buildings and traffic lights. We just focus on the cooking. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the food. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a struggle because the roads get so jammed up in the evenings. We do our best to plan around it. The space we have is functional. It’s not meant for showing off. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. People find us because we’re in a convenient spot. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just catering. We show up, we cook, we set things up. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are big orders. We just take it one day at a time here in Sarjapur. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. We just want to keep things running smoothly and keep our customers fed. It’s not always easy but we stay busy.
