Jyothi Condiments Stores

Jyothi Condiments Stores is located right at the corner of Kanakapura Main Road and Rajiv Gandhi Road in Jarganahalli. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the buses and bikes zooming past. We’ve been here for a while, and the shop is usually filled with the smell of coffee and fried snacks. It’s a small place, so it can get pretty crowded during the morning rush when everyone is heading to work. We spend a lot of time making sure the glass jars are filled with biscuits and chips. The counter is usually a bit sticky from all the tea we serve. It’s a simple setup—just some benches and the main display. We don’t have much in the way of fancy seating. Most people just stand around, have their drink, and talk for a bit before moving on. I’m usually behind the stove or handling the cash. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it. It’s a lot of work keeping things clean with all the dust from the main road. We see the same people every day, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We just focus on keeping the snacks fresh and the tea hot for whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of change by noon and have to ask the neighbor.
