You can find us on J C Road, specifically at No.55 on the second floor. We are right on the 3rd Cross. Being on the second floor is a bit of a workout when we have to carry heavy pots and crates of vegetables up and down, but we are used to it by now. J C Road is always packed with people and vehicles, so it is a very lively place to work. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. It is a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in where they can. We don’t use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and our memory to keep track of orders. The kitchen space is tucked away and we keep it busy from dawn. We mostly handle orders for local people who know us through the community. We don't go out looking for big corporate contracts. We just like to do our work and go home. Sometimes the electricity goes out or we have issues with water, which happens in old buildings like this, but we find ways around it. It is just about getting the cooking done properly. We buy our spices and grains in bulk from the nearby wholesale shops to keep things practical. It’s a plain, hardworking environment here. No one wears uniforms or follows a script. We just talk to people normally and cook. It’s just us doing our daily routine up on the second floor.
