We are located at 54 Sumuka Nilaya, which is tucked away right behind the Aiswarya Bakery on Sarjapura Road. If you know Kaigondanahalli, you know how busy that road can get these days. Bangalore traffic is no joke, but once you turn off the main road and find the bakery, it gets a lot quieter. Our office is a simple setup in this building. We’ve been here long enough that the bakery smell is just part of our morning routine now. It’s a practical place to work. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the paperwork and answering calls. We deal with various property matters around this part of Bangalore. Sumuka Nilaya is a decent building, nothing too old but not brand new either. We like it because it’s easy for people to find once we tell them about the bakery landmark. Most of our day is spent at the desks, looking over plans or managing local site issues. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but it needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, just like anywhere else in the city. We just deal with it and keep going. It’s a honest way to work, staying close to the neighborhoods we actually deal with. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-rise view or a shiny entrance. We just focus on the tasks.
