Jobaccord

Our office is tucked away in Sanjay Nagar, specifically at 7 Kempaiya Layout in RMV 2nd Stage. It’s a nice enough area of Bangalore, a bit quieter than the main roads which we like. We’ve been operating Jobaccord from here for a good bit of time. It’s not a huge operation. We are just a few people who spend our time matching folks with different jobs. Most of our furniture is a bit old now, but it’s comfortable and it does the job. We don’t feel the need for a shiny corporate office because that’s not who we are. We just want to get things done. You’ll usually find us staring at screens or talking on the phone with various companies. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews or just to drop off their details. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere. It’s not all formal and stiff here. We talk about our weekends and have our lunch together. Dealing with employment can be stressful for people, so we try to keep things grounded. We don’t use a lot of jargon or complicated words. We just talk like regular people do. If you are in the RMV 2nd Stage area, you might have seen our building. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay that way. It's just us doing our thing and trying to be useful to people looking for work.
