Job Track Consultancy

We are based out of Bangalore and have been working in the recruitment space for some time now. Dealing with jobs in a city as big as this keeps us pretty occupied. There is always someone looking for a new role and a company looking for someone to fill a seat. We handle the middle part of that. Karnataka’s job market moves fast, so we spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we do. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the process is slow and other times everything happens at once. We’ve learned that patience is a big part of this business. People come to us with all sorts of backgrounds. Some have years of experience and others are just out of college. We try to give everyone a fair shout. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and stay late when we have to get through a pile of applications. It's just regular work for regular people. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re some huge corporate entity. We are just Job Track Consultancy, working right here in the city. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
