We've been over here on Magadi Road for a bit now. 8th Cross is where you’ll find our office, right at number 39 2. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore 23. We mostly just spend our days looking at resumes and trying to figure out where people fit best. It's not always easy because the job market keeps changing, but we stay at it. People walk in looking for work and we do what we can to help them find a decent spot. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we talk to folks about their skills. It’s practical work. My desk is usually covered in notes and coffee cups because there's always something to follow up on. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and others are looking for a change after a long time at one place. It feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We just keep things moving here day by day. If you are near Magadi Road, you’ve probably passed by us without even noticing. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just a local place doing recruitment work. It’s what we know how to do. We just want to stay busy and helpful.
