You’ll find Job Track Consultancy located right opposite the Cil Layout in Cholanagar. We’re in the Acharya Institute of Sciences area in RT Nagar Post. Bangalore 32 is a busy place to be. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s just a practical space where we handle recruitment stuff. We have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Every morning we come in, check the messages, and start going through the new applications. It’s a lot of manual work. We don’t use any fancy AI or anything like that. We just read through what people tell us and try to match them with what local businesses are asking for. Being near the institute means we see a lot of young people looking for their first start. We try to be straight with them about how hard it can be. The traffic around RT Nagar is always a headache, so we're usually here early to beat the rush. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It’s a simple life. We deal with people from all walks of life. No corporate talk here, just plain English and a lot of phone calls. We’re just a small team doing our best to keep things moving in this part of Bangalore. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps pass the time while we're sorting through the afternoon mail. It's just a regular job for us.
