Our place is at No.198 in St Thomas Town, right on the Kammanahalli Main Road. It is a pretty convenient spot for us to get around. We have been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on local orders and small events that happen nearby. The kitchen is always active, especially during the festive seasons when everyone wants something special. We don't have a massive team, just a few people who have been with us for a while and know how to cook for a crowd. Working on Kammanahalli Main Road means it’s always noisy outside, but inside we are just focused on the stoves. We get our supplies from the local markets nearby because it’s easier than going far. Sometimes the rain makes deliveries a bit slow, but we try to account for that. It’s not a corporate office or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. We don't spend money on fancy marketing, we just focus on the food and hope people like it enough to tell their friends. If you walk past No.198, you can usually smell whatever we are cooking that day. We do a mix of different things depending on what people ask for. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy containers and staying on our feet for hours. We are just a local business trying to keep things moving one day at a time in this part of town, nothing more than that really.
