We are based in Bangalore, specifically at R S Palya. Our office is on the first floor of building number 23. It’s on 11th Cross, right near the Sadashiva Temple Main Road. Being in the 560 033 area makes it a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s a good, steady spot. We deal with land and property matters here at Jemaar M G F Land Limited. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have some maps on the walls and a few old filing cabinets for the records. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the paperwork and talking to people who stop by with questions. The temple nearby means there’s often some music or chanting in the background, which is quite nice. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If someone has a question about a plot, they just ask us directly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through long documents. Sometimes we have to go out and look at different sites, so the office stays empty for a few hours. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or brochures. We just tell people what the current situation is with the land they are interested in. It’s a straightforward way to do things. The 1st floor can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but we have our fans running.
