Janardhan Properties & Travels

Our office is in Mukund Apartment, specifically at 209 Victoria Layout on 11th Road in Jawahar Nagar. Janardhan Properties & Travels is a bit of a mix. Half the time we are talking to people about houses or plots they want to buy or rent. The other half, we are helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files, maps, and a couple of old desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone, either checking on a property listing or confirming a bus ticket. It’s usually just a few of us here. Victoria Layout is a nice area, fairly quiet for the most part, which makes it easier to talk to people who come in. We don't have a big neon sign, just our name on the door of the apartment. People from around Jawahar Nagar know us because we’ve been here quite some time. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on paperwork. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush with people wanting to see a house right now. We try to keep things moving. We aren't travel agents in fancy suits. We’re just local guys helping out with whatever needs doing, whether it's finding a flat or a way to get to the next town. It’s a simple business run from a simple room. We just deal with what the day brings and try to be helpful to the neighborhood.
