Jamcracker Inc

Our place is at 16 004 in the Mantri Residency, which is on Bannerughatta Road in Bangalore. It is a bit of a different setup because we are located within a residential complex. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy. Jamcracker Inc is the name on the door, but inside it just looks like a normal workspace. We have computers set up and some whiteboards for jotting down ideas. Bangalore traffic is legendary, so we are glad we don't have to travel too far once we get to this side of town. The view from the window is mostly of other buildings and some trees. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee throughout the day. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters. We don't wear suits or have big board meetings. We just sit down, do our work, and talk to each other about what needs to get done. Sometimes we go down to the common areas of the residency to get some fresh air. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we need to focus. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. We start in the morning and usually wrap up by evening. It is a simple way to run a company. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just do it. It works.
