Jambo King

Down here at BTM Layout 2nd Stage, we’ve got Jambo King set up at Mani Nagar 948/1. It’s a busy little corner of the world, honestly. There is always someone walking by or a bike zooming past the front. We mostly do quick bites for people who are in a hurry. You know how BTM Layout is, always moving. Our place is small, so you won’t find big lounges or anything like that. It is mostly about getting your food and maybe eating it while you walk or standing by the counter. I’ve noticed a lot of students from the nearby colleges come in because it’s easy on the pocket. The staff here are pretty quick with their hands, they’ve had a lot of practice with the rush hours. Sometimes the line gets a bit long in the evenings, but it moves along pretty well. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs, we just rely on people seeing us when they go to the market. The building at 948/1 has been around for ages, and we’re just happy to have a spot in it. It gets a bit hot near the fryers, but that’s part of the job. We keep the counters wiped and the bags ready to go. It’s just a simple operation, really. Nothing more to it than serving some snacks to the neighborhood folks and anyone passing through the stage. We try to keep it moving.
