Jai Durga Catering

We are located over in BTM Layout 1st Stage. It’s a busy area and we've been operating out of here for a bit now. Catering is one of those things where you are always on your feet. There is no such thing as a quiet day once the orders start coming in. We handle a lot of local events, mostly small family functions or office lunches around BTM. The space we have isn't huge but it fits everything we need. Cooking in big batches takes a lot of coordination between the people in the back. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple deliveries going out at the same time, especially with the way the traffic is around here. We just try to get the food out while it's still warm. Most of our work is behind the scenes, chopping, cleaning, and packing boxes. People usually come to us through word of mouth. We don't have a big shiny storefront or anything like that. It is just a kitchen where we do the work. We've gotten to know a lot of the residents in the 1st Stage over the years. Some days are harder than others when a supplier lets us down, but we find a way to make it work. It’s regular work and it keeps us busy from early morning until late evening most days. That’s pretty much how we spend our time here, just working and getting orders ready for the people in the neighborhood.
