We’ve been here at Vijaya Nagar 3rd Main for a while now. The shop at 1065 is where we do everything. It gets pretty loud during the lunch hour and sometimes the evening rush makes things a bit chaotic in the kitchen. We just focus on getting the orders out as they come. It's not a fancy place, just a regular spot where people come to grab something quick. Most of our regulars are folks who live nearby or work in the shops around the corner. We spend most of the morning chopping vegetables and getting the pans ready. The stoves stay hot all day. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s been a busy day, but we try to keep the staples ready. We aren't doing anything complicated here. It’s just us and the food we make every day. You might see us cleaning up late at night after the last customer leaves. The street gets quiet then, which is a nice change from the afternoon noise. The small park across the way is where people usually sit to eat if we’re too full inside. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when it’s raining outside and everyone wants to stay under the roof. We just keep moving and making sure everyone gets their food. Nothing more to it than that.
