J P Morgan Chase

If you go down 11th Cross and 11th Main in Prakashnagar, you’ll find us at number 1231. This is where we run the J P Morgan Chase office in this part of Bangalore. It’s a pretty standard area, with a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much, which is fine by us. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other likes to work. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, unless it is the start of the month when everyone is busy. We don't use any of that corporate speak you hear in big cities. We just talk like regular people. If there is a problem with a transaction or a document, we just sit down and figure it out. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but when it rains, the street outside gets a bit messy. We just keep the doors closed and stay focused on the computer screens. There is a lot to do every day, so we don't have much time for anything else. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes at the local places nearby. It’s a decent place to be, and we just do our best to keep things running smoothly without making a fuss.
