Izee Manpower

We are over here at Hormow Bansawadi in Bangalore. It's on 4th Main, near the 7th Cross. The address is 26 1. We’ve been at this for a while now, just running Izee Manpower. It's not some huge corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular place where we work. We help people find jobs and help companies find staff. Bangalore is always busy, so there's a lot of running around. The traffic can be a real pain sometimes when we're trying to get to the office, but we make it work. Mostly, we just sit down, look at resumes, and talk to people who walk in. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get people hired. The area around here has changed a lot, but we’re still in the same spot. It’s a good neighborhood, plenty of tea stalls nearby. We take our breaks there. People know us as the place to go if they need workers or are looking for a role. It’s pretty straightforward. We don't use any high-tech systems that we don't need. Just some basic stuff and our own experience. If you're looking for us, we’re right there in Bansawadi. It’s not hard to find once you get to the 7th cross.
