Ivytek

Down West Of Chord Road, on Spaco Road 14, is where you’ll find Ivytek. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of town. We’ve got a small space here where we handle our technical work. It’s not a shiny tech hub like you see in the magazines. We have cables everywhere and computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows. We mostly spend our time fixing things and looking at screens. The traffic on Chord Road can be a real headache, especially during the evening rush. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. The guys here are mostly quiet, just focusing on whatever project is on the bench. We eat our lunch at our desks most days, though there is a small tea stall around the corner that we like. Spaco Road isn't the busiest street, which is nice for when we need a bit of peace. Our sign is a little faded now, but it’s still there. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door gets up to say hello. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we know exactly what is happening with every job. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work on the stuff people bring us and hope it works right for them when they take it back home.
