Its A Training Recruitment Firm

We started this recruitment and training place here in Calicut because we saw people needed help finding jobs and getting the right skills. It's not a big fancy office, just a group of us working out of Kerala. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who want to work. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's quiet. We deal with all sorts of industries. People come in, they tell us what they can do, and we try to see where they might fit. It’s hard work. Calicut is a good place for this because there are many graduates. We do some training sessions too, mostly just practical things that help people get hired. It's not a school, just a firm. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks in the neighborhood get to where they want to be. The coffee machine breaks sometimes, but we get the work done. It gets hot here in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. Most people find us through word of mouth. We've been at this for a while now. It’s a simple setup.
