Ites Bpo

Ites Bpo is located over in Domlur, right on 7th Cross, 2nd Main. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic around this part can get pretty stuck, but once you get into the side streets, it calms down a bit. Our building is number 371. It’s a standard sort of place, nothing that stands out from the outside, but it’s where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. We have some computers set up on long tables and the chairs are the kind with wheels that squeak a bit when you move. We do a lot of data work and phone calls here, so it’s rarely silent. Someone is always talking or the printers are running. We have a small corner for the water cooler where people stand around to take a break. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying boxes up and down is always a chore. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know the tea stall guy around the corner quite well. He knows our orders by heart. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new equipment, but we manage to find space. The area is busy, and there’s always something happening outside. We just focus on the screens and get through the tasks. It’s a decent place to work, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint soon. We just keep things moving every day.
