We are located at Rehana Kamal Rehna Manzil in Kollam. It is a quiet spot here in Kerala. Most days we just show up and get through the tickets and the technical stuff on the computers. Itc Infotech Cli3L has been in this building for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it does not feel like a big corporate park. You can hear the traffic from the main road sometimes. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We do not have any fancy signs or big glass walls. It is just a practical space where we do our jobs. People sometimes have trouble finding the gate because it looks like a regular house. But once you are inside, you see the desks and the wires. We handle a lot of data and computer tasks for the main company. It is not very exciting to talk about, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We take our breaks together and talk about local news or what we are having for dinner. It is a decent place to work if you like a calm environment. We just focus on what needs to get done each day without making a big fuss about it.
