It Recruiter

We are It Recruiter, located at House Number 679 on the 20th Main, 11th Cross in Padmanabha Nagar. This is a quieter part of Bangalore compared to the tech parks, which we actually like. We’ve been working from this office for a while now. Our main thing is helping people find their next IT role. We don't have a massive team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the industry. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to managers about what they need. It’s not a fancy operation. We don’t have those modern office pods or free snacks. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through. We try to be honest with the people who come to us about what’s available. Sometimes the right job isn't there, and we say so. Bangalore is a big place for tech, so something usually comes up eventually. We like being in Padmanabha Nagar because it feels more like a community. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. It’s a regular day-to-day business for us, and we just keep plugging away at it from our 11th Cross office. No big corporate mission statements or anything like that. Just us helping people find work in the city where we live.
