It Recruiter

Our place is called It Recruiter and we are located at No 65, Nethravathi Main Road. It’s in the Nethravathi Extension area of Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore. Most people just call it KR Puram. We’ve been operating from this building for a while. The work is pretty basic—we find people for IT jobs. Bangalore is a huge hub for this kind of stuff, so there’s always something to do. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in the office, looking at profiles and making calls. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but we like being in this part of the city. We deal with all sorts of tech roles, from entry-level to more experienced ones. We try to be fair with everyone who reaches out. It’s a lot of sorting through information and trying to make sense of what companies want. We don’t use any complicated systems. It’s just about knowing the people and the roles. We’ve stayed in KR Puram because it’s a good location for us. If someone needs a job or a company needs a hand with hiring, we do what we can. It’s a simple business model and we just stick to it every day. The neighborhood is growing fast, and we are glad to be right in the middle of it. We keep our doors open for anyone looking for their next step.
