It Recruiter

Our office, It Recruiter, is located at No 2 in the Dr Ramayya Building. We are right near Varadan Residency in RMV 2nd Stage here in Bangalore. It's a decent area, quite calm compared to the main city traffic. We spend most of our time talking to people about their careers and seeing where they might fit in the tech world. Being in Bangalore, there is always someone looking for an IT job. We just try to bridge that gap. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team working out of this building. We’ve been here for a bit now. People drop by sometimes, but mostly it’s emails and calls. We look at resumes and try to see if the skills match what the companies are asking for. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of time to get it right. We don’t use any fancy software to filter people out; we actually look at the profiles ourselves. Sometimes we miss things, but we try to be thorough. The RMV Stage 2 location is easy for us to get to. We like being in this part of Karnataka. It’s a practical place to run a business like this. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The building is easy to find if you know the residency nearby. We are just local people trying to help other locals find work.
