Isl Techsolutions Inc New Jersey Back Office Is In Bangalore

This is the Bangalore back office for Isl Techsolutions Inc, which is originally based in New Jersey. We are tucked away in F3, Eksha Enclave, over in Nanjappa Layout. It’s part of the Vidhyaranyapura area, specifically the Bangalore 97 zip code. The office is really just a flat that we converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is nice. We have the computers set up in the main room and a small table for meetings in the back. Because we work with the New Jersey side, some of us are here at odd hours. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet during the day, except for the occasional vegetable vendor shouting on the street. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate. Getting here can be a bit tricky if you don’t know the layout of Vidhyaranyapura, but once you find Eksha Enclave, it’s easy. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the screens get to be too much. It’s a simple setup. We handle the technical stuff and the paperwork that comes in from the US office. There are about six of us usually. We drink a lot of coffee and just keep things moving. It’s not a flashy tech park office, just a local spot where we do our bit. We've been here for a couple of years and it suits us fine.
