Irunway India operates out of a flat in Sg Palya, Bangalore. Specifically, we are at Flat 2, Door 23. It is a typical Bangalore setup where a residential space turns into a workspace. Being in Bangalore 29 means we are in the middle of all the city’s energy, but tucked away in a building. The office isn't a glass tower; it is just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of wires. Karnataka is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We spend our days staring at screens and trying to solve problems. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make do with the space we have. The kitchen in the flat is where we make endless cups of tea to keep going. We don't have a HR department with a bunch of rules. We just show up and get the work done. The parking is always a headache in this part of Bangalore, so most of us just take the bus or a scooter. We’ve got a balcony where we can see the street below when we need a breather. It is a very basic setup, but it’s where we do our best thinking. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and open it. It is a very unpolished, real way to work. No fancy perks or big lobbies here.
