Our office is located at 103, Kumar Ashraa Apartments. We are right on RV Road, specifically at the 9th Cross in Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bangalore. Jayanagar is a nice area with lots of trees and old houses, though it’s changing fast. Ipg Photonics Pvt Ltd is based here in this apartment building. It’s not a massive warehouse or a glass tower, just a regular unit on the first floor. It can be a bit tricky to find parking on the street sometimes, especially on weekends when the markets are busy. Inside, we’ve got our setup with all the gear we need. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in, but we make it work. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on for coffee or tea. Most of us have been around for a long time, so it’s a very casual environment. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If the work is done, everyone is happy. The neighborhood has some great places to grab a quick snack during the day, which is a plus. We like being part of the Jayanagar community. It feels more personal than being stuck in an industrial park somewhere on the outskirts. It’s a simple, honest place where we just get on with our jobs without a lot of fuss.
