Ion Exchange Service Ltd is located at B 34 Parivahan Appartments in Sector 05, Vasundhara. It’s right there in Ghaziabad. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels very different from a standard industrial office. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, even if it’s a bit cramped sometimes. There’s a lot of coming and going because the service side of the business keeps us on our toes. We are often out at different sites across UP, but this is where we do all the scheduling and the back-end work. The building is pretty standard for Vasundhara. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to get onto the main roads from Sector 5. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the service logs and making sure the technicians have what they need. It can get a bit messy with all the manuals and spare parts laying around. We just try to stay on top of the work. Life in Ghaziabad is fast-paced, and we fit right into that. There’s always another job to do or a report to write up. We keep it real and just get on with it. The printer usually makes a loud noise when we use it, but it still works fine most days.
