We are based on the second floor of the Ashok Reddy Complex, which is at 48/2, Block II. The complex is on Kudlu Main Road, right near the TVS godown and not far from Hosur Road. Being on the second floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout, but you get used to it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our workspace set up for the tools we handle, and there is usually a lot of paper around. The traffic on Hosur Road is almost always bad, so we hear the constant honking of horns throughout the day. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the jams. Inside the office, it’s just a handful of us. We focus on the technical side of things and making sure the orders are processed correctly. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a view; it’s just a place where we get our work done. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes the building is a bit noisy with the other tenants, but it’s a good spot overall. We just keep our heads down and handle the tools and the customers as they come.
