We run Intellectual Resource Training Pvt Ltd, or IRTPL for short, out of Bangalore. Our office is at number 70 on the 2nd Main in Kathriguppe East. This is in the 560085 area of Karnataka. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The office is where we organize all our training programs and materials. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for our desks and the equipment we need. Most of our work involves planning sessions and talking to people who want to learn new skills. Kathriguppe is a busy residential neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything corporate like that. It’s just a functional workspace. We spend our days on the phone or working on the computer to get the training modules ready. Sometimes we have people coming in for meetings, but a lot of the work is done behind the scenes. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation, and getting to this part of town can take some time during the day. We are just a small team trying to provide decent training services. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it. It’s a plain office in a regular part of the city, and we are happy with that. We just focus on getting the training resources sorted out for everyone who gets in touch with us. There is a nice park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk.
