We’re based out of F2 in the Sesa Apartments, located in Silvanagar, Ponda. Goa is a beautiful place to be, and Ponda has its own charm away from the beaches. Our office at Intel Technlogy India Pvt Ltd isn't anything grand. It’s actually quite cozy, being inside an apartment building. We have a few rooms set up with desks and all the gear we need to work. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background or just the sound of people typing away. We don’t have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. The Silvanagar area is nice and green, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. We often take our breaks outside to get some air. We’ve been here for a while and have a good relationship with the other residents in the building. It doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile office environment. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get built or solved. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People find us because of the work we do. It’s a quiet, practical way of doing things. We just focus on our projects and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much how we run things here in Ponda. We’re just local people working hard and making sure our part of the business stays on the right track.
