The office has a very local feel to it. It’s in a residential-style layout, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We have a few rooms where we meet with people. It is not very big, but it is enough for what we do. I like working in this part of Bangalore because there are still some green trees around the streets. The weather is usually okay, though it rains quite a bit in the afternoons sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking over documents and making phone calls. It is mostly quiet work. We don't do any big advertising or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just living in the area. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea. That is pretty much our main break during the day. We don't have a fancy website with a lot of promises. We just sit at our desks and work through the files we have. It is a steady routine. We open up on time and we head home when the work is finished. It is a very normal way to spend a day.
