We are located over in Chamrajpet on Rajagopal Nagar Main Road. It’s the 2nd Stage area, and we occupy the 2nd floor of building 96/112. It’s a typical old-school Bangalore neighborhood, so the streets can be a bit narrow and crowded during the day. Working at Innovative Logic India isn't like those big tech parks you see in Whitefield. We’re in a regular building where you can actually hear the street noise and see the local life going on outside. The 2nd floor is okay, though the stairs can feel a bit long if you’re carrying lunch or heavy bags. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people concentrating on their screens. We don’t have any of those bean bags or game rooms that companies like to brag about. It’s just a place where we come to do logic work and handle the technical side of things. Sometimes the power acts up or the internet slows down, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the area. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, so we know the nearby tea stalls and where to get a decent lunch. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a bit cramped when we have a full team in, but it works for what we need to do every day.
