We are over at 201 Indiranagar in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know Indiranagar is a very busy place these days. Our office for Infovalley Bio System India Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of it all. It is an older building but it’s got a lot of character. We work on bio systems, which sounds a bit complicated, but it is just what we do every day. The office is usually full of papers and some basic lab equipment. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who are interested in this field. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. There are so many cafes and shops around us now. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near the office, which is a bit of a headache for everyone. We spend our time doing research and handling the business side of things. It is a mix of science and paperwork. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We mostly just talk to people in the industry. The atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It is a good spot to be in, and we enjoy the energy of the city. We keep things simple and just focus on our daily tasks.
