Infofase Idc

Our office is Flat 201 in Sunder Residency, which is on 2nd Cross in the 3rd Block of Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore. It’s a nice residential neighborhood, and being in an apartment building makes it feel very local. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up for our work here at Infofase Idc. The "Idc" part sounds more technical than the office actually looks. It’s just a standard flat with some desks, chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor for our computers. We usually have the balcony door open for some breeze, though sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much. Basaveshwaranagar is a good place to be because of the trees and the shops nearby, and it doesn't feel as chaotic as some other parts of Bangalore. We’ve been here for a good while and the security guards at the gate know us all by name. We don’t have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is free just goes to see who it is. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay busy with our work. We usually eat our lunch together in the small dining area. There aren't any mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s a straightforward, honest place to work. We like that it doesn't feel like a corporate cubicle farm. It's just a normal apartment where some people happen to be working.
