Infocat Services Pvt Ltd

The office for Infocat Services is located at 40 Ashok Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We started this because we saw a need for technical help in the area. We handle a lot of different service requests every day. Some days are slow and we just catch up on emails, while other days the phones don't stop ringing. There are about five of us here most of the time. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. Usually, we're just in jeans and shirts, trying to fix whatever problem came in that morning. The space inside is a bit cramped because we have boxes of equipment everywhere. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place but Ashok Nagar is convenient for everyone. We know the tea seller downstairs and the guy who delivers the mail. It feels like home after being here for so long. We deal with various computer and service tasks. Sometimes things break and we have to figure out why. It’s mostly just troubleshooting and talking to people about what they need. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we’ll say that too. It’s just how we do things here. We open up around ten and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and our neighbors.
