Indiana Fast Foods (B)

You can find us over at the St. Patricks Complex on Residency Road, specifically at shops number 9 and 14. Bangalore is always moving at a fast pace and this street is easily one of the busiest and loudest around here. We are right in the middle of all that daily action. Most people stop in because they are in a big hurry or they just want something quick and hot to eat while they are out shopping or heading to work. The space we have isn't exactly huge, but we make it work with what we’ve got. We have the counters set up so we can get the food out as fast as possible. You can hear the traffic and the constant honking from Residency Road all day long, but inside we are just focused on getting the orders right. It gets pretty hot near the fryers and the big grills, but that is just the way it is in the fast food business. We don't have any fancy printed menus with glossy pictures, just a simple board showing the prices and what we have ready to serve. We go through a huge amount of napkins and paper plates every single day. The staff here works hard to keep up with the lunch crowd that spills out of all the nearby office buildings. We’ve been in this complex for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. We just keep doing our daily routine.
