Independent Corporate Trainer

I’m a corporate trainer based out of my place in Kasturinagar, right on 1st A Main Road. I’ve lived in Bangalore for a long time and decided to go independent because I wanted more control over how I teach. I spend a lot of my time traveling to different offices around the city, but my home base is here in the 560 043 area. Training people isn't always easy, and it takes a lot of patience to get everyone on the same page. I don't use those flashy presentations that nobody understands. I just try to talk to people like they're people. My days are usually filled with prep work or actually being in a classroom setting. It’s a lot of talking and listening, mostly. Kasturinagar is a nice area, relatively quiet compared to the rest of the city, which helps when I need to concentrate on building a new program. I don't have a big staff helping me out, so I handle everything from the scheduling to the actual training sessions myself. It’s a lot of work, but I enjoy the variety. Sometimes the commute across Bangalore gets to me, but that’s just part of the life I chose. I try to keep things practical and useful for the people I work with. There are no fancy tricks here, just sharing what I know about the corporate world and how to navigate it better.
